Objectives
 The main objective of the internship project, in simple terms, is to get
practical experience with the theoretical knowledge gained in the classroom.
The main task is to get enrolled in the organisation and do tasks as required
by the organisation as well as the course of study. The internship attachment
project is a remarkable opportunity to experience the real-world working
environment and culture where the knowledge learned during the course
might be implemented.
 The broad objectives of this internship are as follows:
 a) To provide students the opportunity to test their interest in a particular
career before permanent commitments are made.
 b) To develop skills in the application of theory to practical work situations in
order to learn the skills required to work in a real-time working environment.
Roles and responsibilities

 We were interning under the mentorship of Ms.Sony, Mr. Kailash, and

Mr.Cariappa. We were given several tasks related to commerce
(accounting, FMCG companies and their products, cosmetics, fashion,
jewellery, and finally collecting the contact details of sugar
factories).
 To learn the details study of different companies.
 To study different types of problems faced, solutions for them, and
fraud that has taken place in the organisation.
NATURE OF WORK UNDERTAKEN:

The work undertaken by us involved the following:

 Research undertaken on E-commerce companies.
 Collecting the details of retailers.
 Preparation of report.
 SWOC analysis of competitors.
 Accounting cycles and different types of management.
EVERY DAY’S WORK LOG

 Researching all the e-commerce companies and analysing their

strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, environment, competitors,
vision and mission, and threats And knowing the type of technology
they use in their applications and all the various types of services
they offer to their customers, the types of products they deal with,
the number of products available in their applications, and the
payment methods they provide to their customers
 analysing the company's financial statements and the profit made by
them.
Skills acquired/things we learned

 While working in the ritih, we had to communicate with the

management for daily assignments.
 By mixing and mingling with our co-interns, we got to know their roles
and work.
 We learned to work as a team where we had one common objective.
 Formal or informal mail or conversation are entirely different games.
Every day after our work was over, we had to report to our mentor
about our team's progress and ask for any necessary assistance. Our
mentor pointed out the subtle mistakes we made and corrected them.
 We made use of MS Excel tricks that we learned in college.

CONCLUSION

 The internship at Ritih Solutions Private Limited has provided a great opportunity to
enhance knowledge and skills. It helped us gain the experience of working in a real
and practical field and, most importantly, working in a team. Moreover, it
presented an opportunity to work on a project related to our interests and
specialisation. The main objective of the internship is to learn the things that are
necessary to get ourselves into a real field of work. This internship has enhanced
our knowledge and skills. It has given us the opportunity to understand this industry
and how the work is actually done.
 To conclude, we found that the internship was very beneficial as a part of the
development of a career, and the experience gained through this would be helpful
and beneficial for future opportunities. Besides developing a project, other lessons
are also learned, and they are as follows:
