LATAR BELAKANG

Di samping itu, perilaku masyarakat di Indonesia yang mengalami pergeseran terkait perkembangan kesibukan yang
semakin padat mengakibatkan munculnya pola hidup yang serba instan. Namun, sayangnya pola makan dan
makanan yang dikonsumsi masih jauh dari standart kualitas yang baik.
Belakangan ini, trend pola hidup sehat memang mulai gencar diberdayakan dengan berbagai inovasi yang
menjembatani kebutuhan manusia atas asupan makanan yang sehat dan berkualitas. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan
meningkatnya indeks IPM Indonesia belakangan ini. Pengukuran Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM)
menunjukkan bahwa masalah kesehatan merupakan salah satu komponen utama selain pendidikan dan pendapatan.
