• Work ethic is a value based on hard work and perseverance.
Capitalists believe in the necessity of hard work and its ability to
improve moral character.
• The purpose of the work ethic is to guide individuals in making

of:• Interpersonal Skills; Interpersonal skills include habits,
attitudes, behavior,appearance. The development of
interpersonal skills is influenced by family,friends and
