Attached as my evidence for MOV 12 is my

that for the first quarter most of my learners are
word readers during the first quarter reading
assessment. I conducted online reading enrichment
with my learners. I also gave supplementary reading

To be able to show impact of regularly reviewing my personal

14, I attached a copy of my e-class record as an evidence in determining
the academic marks and the promotion of learners in the subject that I
handle from Article VIII Section 1 of the Code of Ethics for professional
teachers. I also attended coaching and mentoring sessions in the form of
INSETS for acquiring personal teaching practices as stated in Article IV
Section II where very teacher shall uphold the highest possible standards
of quality education, shall make the best preparations for the career of
teaching, and shall be at his best at all times and in the practice of his
profession
