Just like any other sports or games, dancing is also a


physical activity that can promote lifelong fitness and
wellness. It is a good source of exercise that could help
develop grace and poise. It can even help in maintaining
good health as it highlights health-related fitness
components such as cardio-vascular endurance, flexibility,
and strength.

supply enough oxygen to muscles for a longer period of time

2. Muscular Strength . This is the ability of the muscles to produce effort or perform
work in a short period of time.

3. Flexibility. This is the ability of the body part to move on it’s a full range of
motion at a joint.

4. Body Composition . This is the proportion rate of body fa t to le an body mass
