SCOPE AND DELIMITATION

The general intent of this research is to explore various conflict resolution strategies employed by
students in face-to-face educational settings. This study examines both formal and informal resolution
strategies for a variety of conflict scenarios that happen in face-to-face learning environments also this
study will consider factors such as verbal communication, personality, and other observable behaviors
indicative of conflict resolution. Overall the study focuses on understanding how students navigate
conflicts in the specific context of face-to-face learning. However this study is delimited to grade 11
STEM students enrolled at Our Lady of Fatima University. It specifically focuses on face-to-face
learning environments, excluding online or hybrid settings.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

This study aims to give significance to the following:

Students: The students are direct beneficiaries of the findings of this study because they will
learn more helpful and knowledgeable information about different strategies of face to face
learning. These strategies can be used by the students for their learning.

Teachers: Teachers will benefit from this study, and they can use it as a guide in teaching the
students about different strategies of face to face learning style. This research would greatly help
teachers as they know how to inform their students on what to choose.
Future Researchers: Future researchers will benefit from this study and use it as a guide if they
want
to conduct research on Exploring conflict resolution strategies among students in Face to Face
