Anthropology
● comes from the Greek word anthropos for “man,
human” and logos for study
● The scientific study of the origin, the behavior, and the
physical, social, and cultural development of humans.
● Anthropologists are people that practice anthropology,
which is the study of humanity. Basically they want to
figure out what makes humans human.
