3 Cups Coconut milk

200 Grams Cornstarch

1 Cup Whole kernel corn


1 Cup evaporated milk

2 Cups Granulated
sugar

1 Cup Cream style corn


Water
For garnishing:
Grated cheese

How to make Maja Blanca
Procedure:
• 1. Dissolved
cornstarch in 1 cup
coconut milk
• 2. Boil the remaining
coconut milk, evap. milk,
whole kernel corn &
cream style corn.
• 3. When boiling add
the dissolved
cornstarch and stir
gradually in a medium
fire.
• 4. Add the sugar.
• 5. Let it boil until it
thickens.
• 6. Remove from
fire and pour into
the molder.
• 7. Garnish it with
latik or cheese
• 8. Serve cold
