1. For Pending review results declaration.

• Minimum Residency Issues

• 2011 – 2022 Promotions orders MR reckoned from
Date of effect of Promotion.
• From 2023 Minimum Residency is effective from
Date of Promotion Order Date hence it’s a grievance.

Solution:
• To shift the cut off date of Jan 2020 to July 2024 and
to complete all the pending reviews with antedating
effect.
2. To hold the timely assessment of reviews for
all due batches.

• Some grades are affected for more than two years

back-log for reviews to be held.

Solution:
• To hold fast track reviews and complete all the back-
log in July 2024 batches.
3. BGA policy provision of promotion to Group-A
grades.

• Promoted BGA grades of Sci-B & Sci-C are stuck and

not getting further promotion in Group – A grades.

Solution :
• To implement provision No. 10 of the 2016 S&T
Policy.
4. Qualification up-gradation and Skill
improvement.
• Policy for qualification up-gradation & skill
improvement may be formulated.
5. Transfer and Deputation policy.

• Uniform policy for Transfer and Deputation may be

formulated.
6. Any Other Points with the permission of the
Chair
