Practical Exam logistic

• Students divide into group of 4 by Connie


• Connie lucky draw your sequence in group on Nov 1 during class
• Student lucky draw your own drinks in front of your examiner on 8 Nov
• Start your exam
• written: 15 minutes
• Set up table and make drinks: 15 minutes
• MUST Finish exam in max 15 mins
• Please let your examiner know the name of the drinks and introduce your own
creation once finished
• After mark by examiner, wash your own things (time not counted)
• Once clean up is done, then you can go home
