An application that is provided by a vendor other than the

manufacturer of the device. E.g :- Facebook , Instagram.

 Basics conditions for testing

 Firstly take backup the device before testing

 Make the device to the latest version i.e., device upgradation
 Ensure the software and app version in your handset should be same.
 The Custom type should be “IN,NULL”

• Test device as a user using the following:

• Fill data like PDF/Excel/Word file
• Pictures/songs/videos/Movies
• Contacts

• This ensures the filling of space of your handset i.e., in case of 64 GB memory space
the 50-52 GB space should be filled atleast.

 Logs requirement 6

 Grab Adb logs for third party related application issues.

 While submitting logs need issue screenrecording , videos,logs and
application apk.
 For app performance related issues need adb +systrace logs.
 For application related music and video then grab audio and
communication logs .
 If any application takes time to open then grab adb as well modem or wifi
logs.
 For Gps & Maps related issues grab sensor and location logs.

• Check Login/logout with valid credentials

• Check OTP received or not while login.
• Check User Interface
• Check all basic functions related camera like scan qr code , face &
fingerprint recognition.
