This can be:- (i) Nurturing parent ego – Such people caring by nature . (ii) Negative or critical parent ego- ignore poor performance rather than help to improve that. the situation and take logical decisions. He overcomes the emotional feelings and take decisions based on facts and figures. • It was designed by American psychologists
joseph Luft and Harry Ingham in 1955 While researching group dynamics at the university of California. • The model name is derived from combining the two names joseph and harry ( Jo + hari ) . • Based on the concept that trust can be gained by revealing information about yourself to others, then you learn more about yourself from other people’s perceptions of you.
