The purpose of this study was to assess how well teachers and
students were putting Mapping the School Culture and
Sustainable Improvement into practice within the framework
of the school and culture. The premise of a phenomenological
study design is that people interpret their experiences
according to a universal framework or essence that establishes
and explains the basic character of the phenomena. The
technique looks at how people interact with the world on a
regular basis by suspending the researchers' prior assumptions
about the phenomenon.
To address the study topic derived from the data, the investigator
employed a qualitative approach. Finding significant patterns that
are descriptive of a certain occurrence involves analysing and
interpreting text, interviews, and observation in qualitative research.
To convey the common ideas and findings of the study connected to
Mapping the School Culture and Sustainable Improvement, the
researchers employ theme analysis. According to the study's
findings, every participant stated that the University of Eastern
Pangasinan was founded with the assistance of our governor's
family because of his dissertations. He also matched the primary
goal, vision, and fundamental values of the LGUs of Binalonan with
the university's in order to further the institution's success.
 Conclusion

1. The underlying assumptions and beliefs in crafting the

Pangasinan are to make the university a university town and to

help their families in a way that each family has at least one

graduate.
