PART OF SPEECH
We can categorize English words into 9 basic types called "parts of speech" or "word classes".
SIMPLE PRESENT TENSE

(+) S + Verb (-s/-es) + O

(-) S + do/does + not + Verb + O
(?) Do/does + S + Verb + O?
(+) S + be (is/am/are) + Adjective/Noun
(-) S + be (is/am/are) + NOT + Adjective/Noun
(?) Be (is/am/are) + S + Adjective/Noun?
 The Use of Simple Present Tense

To show habitual action.

 He drinks tea at breakfast.

 She only eats fish.

To show something happen regularly or repeated actions.

 We catch the bus every morning.

 It rains every afternoon in the hot season.
To state general truth

 Water freezes at zero degrees.

 The Earth revolves around the Sun.

To instruct or command

 Open the packet and pour the contents into hot water.
 You take the No.6 bus to Watney and then the No.10 to Bedford.

To state fixed schedule or activity

 His mother arrives tomorrow.

 Our holiday starts on the 26th March
ICT stands for Information and communications technology.

ICT is an extensional term for information technology (IT) that stresses

the role of unified communication and the integration of
telecommunications (phone lines and wireless signals) and computers, as
well as necessary enterprise software, middleware, storage and
audiovisual, that enable users to access, store, transmit, and manipulate
information.

The society has been changed with the evolution of technology. Life was
burdensome and everyday chores consumed too much of our time, before the advent
of modern day technology. The access to education, medicine, industry, transportation
etc. has been simplified due to development in modern day technology. Due to the
convenience and efficiency provided by technology, our lives have improved
. Information technology give a new face to traditional libraries that include both
digital collections and traditional, fixed media collections. We know that traditional
libraries are limited by its storage space, but the digital information requires little
space to contain information, so digital libraries have the potential to store more
documents. The use of information technology in digital libraries that will increase the
number of users and increased the expectations of the users.
