INTRODUCTION
Northeastern India is home to Tripura, the third-smallest
state in the nation. The state's environment is ideal for
growing a variety of horticultural products, including rubber,
bamboo, tea, pineapple, and jackfruit. One of the state's
major fruit harvests is pineapple. In the area, the Kew and
Queen varieties are grown to the greatest extent. The queen
pineapple is actually the official fruit of Tripura, and it is also
well-known throughout the world as one of the GI-tagged
fruit crops. Among all the fruits produced in the state, it is
the most abundant. In 2019–20, 142665 MT of agricultural
products were produced on an area of 9785 Ha. Considering
that pineapple makes for 16 percent of the total area under
fruit agriculture in Tripura
OBJECTIVE
To analysis the data and predict the production for next two
years
METHODOLOGY
The study is based on time series secondary data of twenty
five Years. The data has been collected from the Directorate
of Horticulture and Soil Conservation (DH&SC), Govt. of
Tripura and Economic and Political Weekly (EPW) database.
The variables consider under the study are Area under
cultivation, Production and Productivity of Pineapple starting
from 1999-2000 to 2022-23 (A financial year).

Horticulture Tripura Government report

4. Analysis: Thematic analysis for qualitative data, a statistical
method for quantitative data. By usingRegression analysis.
