 The main objective of the study is to analyze the customer


satisfaction about their savings accounts

 Requirements of the customers

 Market share
 To study the customer satisfaction of ICICI bank savings
account
 To evaluate the customer about the products in the bank
with different products i.e..questionnaire was prepared
and circulated to the owners of different types of accounts
in savings and it is a main source of the study
 To analyze the customer satisfaction is very complex
thing it will change by time to time
 To study above mentioned objective of the study of this
project study ,the following methodology is adapted
