How to spot a fake

1. Check the domain name!

the domain name is the bit just before the last .com or .co.uk
e.g. itv.com is the domain in HTTPS://www.itv.com

2. Check the spelling

e.g. instagram.com or instagrom.com

3. Check the country

.com is for American sites, .co.uk is for sites registered in the UK. If the
site is registered in an unusual country, it might be fake.
