Interpretation
Study reveals that only 80% employees agree that selection procedure is transparent in
3Pillar Global. while 20% disagree due to element of biasness associated with Human
nature.
FINDINGS
• Majority of employees says that recruitment & selection process is effective
for organization objective
• Awareness regarding “recruitment and selection procedure” in 3Pillar Global is
quite high.
• Majority of employees say that notice of vacancies is circulated internally.
• Majority of employees says that organization prefers referred candidates.
• Majority of employees agrees end result of recruitment can be wrong because
of recruiters.

• Different methods should be used for interviews.
CONCLUSION
• 3Pillar Global use various recruitment channels like (Headhunting, job-portals,
employee referrals, etc.)
• But for staffing division the most effective & efficient recruitment channels is job
portals.
• All the employees are aware about recruitment procedure.
• They are satisfied with the process of recruitment.
• Proper training will be given to the recruiters to hire the best resource.
• Different interview methods will be used to judge the candidates.
• Accuracy in recruitment will be increased with the given suggestions.
