- Our portfolio includes digital transformation projects. Our aim is to


modernize aging systems across the largest unified court system in
Ghana
- CMS chosen to improve processing of over 1.2 million cases annually
- Case management system chosen to modernize processes and
accessibility
- Requires advanced PM due to complex legal requirements and
stakeholder impacts
- Implement a unified CMS (Case Management Sytem)
across municipal, superior and appellate courts. -
Implement the new ICON system in Civil, Criminal,
Domestic Relations and Probate courts
- Track cases electronically from filing to disposition and
appeals. - Track cases electronically from filing to jury
trial/disposition
- Stakeholders: Judiciary, Clerks, Lawyers, Defendants,
Public
Project Planning Approach
1. - Using Agile methodology with oversight gates for features and compliance.
Using Agile with Judicial oversight to adjust to legal changes (e.g. new laws,
rulings)

2- Established Judicial steering committee to prioritize features and resolve issues.

- Phase 2: Implement docketing, scheduling and online access across courts

- Regulatory changes may affect scope; no changes to evidence procedures

Resource Management
