 Paying attention on purpose in the present
moment non-judgementlly.
 It means living in the present moment.
 It means being more aware and awake to each
moment.
Why is it important?

 It helps people to manage stress, cope better with


serious matter of life.
 It reduce anxiety and depression.
 Many people who practice mindfulness report an
increase ability to relax, greater enthusiasm for life.
Mindful Technique:-

1. Mindful breathing:
 Mindful breath tech us to become aware of
thought that’s coming in and out of our attention.
 With this awareness we observe the transient
nature of thoughts.

 Eating mindfully means that your are using all of
your physical and emotion senses to experience
and enjoy the food choices that you make.
 This helps to increase gratitude for food which
can improve the overall eating experience.

opportunity to apply mindfulness to be more
aware.

 Writing is a time taking activity.
 It require you to slow down, channel, focus,
imagine and to organise thought, emotions and
tones.
 In this way, writing is a mindful practice.

 The important thing is to focus fully on what ever you


are doing.
 Pay attention what you see, here and feel.
 It is important to keep a balance with other activities
that you enjoy.
