Management:
It can be defined as a process through which different operations and activities are
planned and controlled in an organizational set up to achieve organizational goals and objectives. It
includes the following

• Planning

• Organizing

• Staffing

• Directing

• Coordination
 INFORMATION:
It is referred as a refined form of raw data which is
meaningful and on which decisions are made regarding different
organizational problems.

Data Process Information

System:
Group or cluster of elements which are related to each other, functions as a
single body and the parts of this body are called a subsystem which works to
achieve the common goal.

System is the combination of software, hardware and
telecommunication that collects data in a special set up, for example in a
business concern. Different businesses has specialized in Information
technology so they can complete and manage their tasks efficiently, stay in
touch with suppliers and customers and to compete other businesses too.
 Components
Information System has five components
• Hardware: Mouse , CPU, LCD, storage device , speakers , keyboard
• Software : Windows, Linux, Microsoft, ISO, Android
• Database: Raw facts and figures used to generate information
• Networks: Telecommunication , Internet ,WIFI
• Human Resource

Following are the Limitations of Information System

• Higher chances of fraud

• Higher costs

• Cheap quality output

It can be concluded that mis is the newly introduced method in the technological era. Other
than this it can help us in our daily activities like storing and organizing data or
making alterations to the stored data, however on the other side it has certain limitations like
it needs continuous monitoring or ignores quantitative factors. As a user of Information
system, we should be familiar with the methods to rectify such problems instead of making
our task more complexed . We should search for solutions and to make the best
use of information system.
