back to the leaders from the host site.

Teams will choose 1 ELS tool from the list below to develop a
10 minute training module:
•Value Stream Mapping
•5S/ Visual Management Deliverable
•Problem Solving
•Kanban Demonstrate ELS tool comprehension
•Standard Work through teaching back the material.
•MDI

This training module will be taught back to the members of the

Leadership team of the host site. Training module can be done
on flip charts, computer, or other creative ways.
Exercise: Kaizen Experience
Objective: Participate in one kaizen event to live the experience and then prepare for and be
a “leader” in a second kaizen event.
