utility block for modular dwelling or

separate male-female sanitation zone,
washing and cooking area. Each
sanitation zone consists of 1 toilet 1
shower closet and 1 wash basin.
Maximum sustainability is ensured
with the use of harvested rain water,
bio gas production plants cooking and
power generation or producing organic
fertilizer by composting waste. Tube
well to serve underground water.
