RATIO ANALYSIS OF COMPANIES FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
Take two companies annual reports from the secondary source.
Care should be taken to select companies from the same sector for intra-sectorial
analysis. Eg: Britannia & Parle-G, HLL & P&G, Infosys & TCS etc. of latest years.
Using the given Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet all of which are a part of Annual
Reports of companies the following ratios should be calculated:

Such ratios must be used for inter-firm comparison and required comments and analysis should
be done.

(Approx. 10-12 slides).
First slide should include student’s name, roll no, division, subject and companies taken.
Take a printout of the ppt (black & white printout will do) and submit on 16th September, 2023
in AMD lecture VIVA will be taken on same day
