CROWNE HOTEL SEMARANG

A mixed use development consisting of


shopping mall, 5 stars hotel and convention
center located at the most prestigious location in
Semarang. This project is developed in 1.6
hectares land area.

Paragon Mall is the biggest shopping mall in


Semarang. It is opened on 22 April 2010 with
36,000 m2 leasable area. The main anchor
tenants are Matahari Department Store,
Hypermart and XXI Cinema.

Crowne Plaza Hotel has 275 rooms and 2,000


seating convention facility. It started its
operation on 11 January 2012 and currently have
around 80% occupancy

Paragon II is a super block mixed-use
development consists of Paragon Mall II, luxury

Paragon II will have total leaseable area of 56,000


m2 divided into 700 units apartments with SGA
area of 45,000 m2 and 250 rooms of 4 stars hotel.

started in third quarter of 2013. This project

Lombok which boasts spectacular view of
Lombok sea. This Resort is only 15 minutes
away from Gili Mano island by boat.
