・メンテナンスチーム 3 名増員 ・今年 4 月と比較すると 10 月現在は、

更なる成長を遂げている。 黄色マシンが増えている事が分かる。

① メンテナンスしたマシンで黄色ランクが多いのか？

・ Ball screw を交換してもカミソリ Plate に

ガタが有るので緑色にならず、黄色となる。

・なぜ、カミソリ Plate にガタがあるのか？

・摩耗しクリアランスが大きく調整範囲を超えている。
・シムを貼って暫定策としている。

4 か月 ~1 年寿命が短い事が分かる。

・ Ball screw は、再生品を使っている。

③Ball screw の交換時期の基準は？

・摺動時の音
・ Ball screw の摩耗確認として
自重落下確認

・マシン別ボールスクリュー交換時期と寿命

・摩耗しクリアランスが大きく調整範囲を超え、シムを貼って暫定策としている。

図面は、メーカーから取り寄せてある。

今日の取組み指示

①Ball screw 寿命が短いのは、カミソリ Plate のガタが起因している可能性が有る為、

ガタのある NC に New Ball screw を取り付けない。
現状、 155 号機にカミソリ Plate ガタがあり New Ball screw が取り付けられているので
本日、取外し、 144 号機は、カミソリ Plate にガタが無いので 155 号機の New Ball screw
に交換する。

No.155 No.144
No.155 New Ball screw を取り外し No.144 号機に取付ける。
※New Ball screw の寿命を明確にする。

⑤ カミソリ plate の図面は有り、暫定でシムを貼らずにカミソリ Plate の新規製作すること。

・メーカーから取り寄せた図面に、現合箇所が
あったので、新たに図面を書き直し、予肉を
持たせ、調整できる様に改善されている。

☆ 素晴らしい対応である。
暫定シムから早急に新規製作しガタを
無くすようにすること。

① と②の潤滑油の色を比べると①の方が濃い事が ・ 200L ドラム缶から＃ 68 も＃ 32 も

分かる。 切削油も同じポンプを使用している
※他の油が混入している恐れがある。 形跡がある。
潤滑油＃ 32 ポンプを分けて使用するなど改善が
急務！

・ベアリング部に切削液が入り込まない様
防水対策を実施すること。

・ 2 ヶ月前に交換したベアリングがもう錆びている。

・アクリル板とシリコンで防水対策実施

まとめ

・ Ball screw 寿命が短いのは、カミソリ Plate のガタが起因している可能性が有る

為、
ガタのある NC に New Ball screw を取り付けない。
・シムは、暫定として、順次、ミソリ Plate を新規製作ガタを無くし Ball screw の
寿命を延ばすこと。 ※自ら図面をおこして対応した事は、素晴らしい

・レスポンス良く改善実施し、作業効率も良い。素晴らしい事です。
・メンテ技術が向上しているので問題点が更に見えて来ました。
継続し取り組む事で更に安定した設備管理が出来ます。
