The upper limbs are

the specialized in
doing day to day
work like writing,
eating, picking or
lifting, swimming etc
Scapulae and clavicles together 2018--2019
form the shoulder girdle.

Humerus is the only bone of the arm.

Radius laterally and ulna medially are the two bones of the forearm.

Hand consists of 8 carpal bones arranged in two rows of four bones each
forming the wrist. 1st to 5th metacarpals form the bones of the palm.

14 phalanges-2 in the thumb and three each in index, middle, ring and
little fingers.
