• Mengenai dropout
• Di smp ada anak bermasalah, dia sering absen.
Ternyata dia absen gegara mbantuin ekonomi
keluargnaya. Maka akademiknya jadi turun.
Cerita anggota • Si guru BK jadi nanyain, tapi Cuma level dasar
dan malah memberi judgement. Latar belakang

• Absensi nya dia udah ga bisa ditolerir. Temen ku
ini sama guru BK malah saing membentak.
Akhirnya ditengahi sama guru lain.

siswa terindikasi dengan sekolah yang dia
tempati

• This study adds to the literature suggesting that
early behavioral and emotional engagement in
school can buffer against participation in
problem behavior, including delinquency and
substance use. Our findings suggest that
interventions that aim to improve school
engagement may promote positive youth
development

• Pembentukan Center for academic performance
• Dengan fungsi:
• Remediasi problem solving dan social skill siswa
• 10 minggu materi problem solving
• 2 tahun follow up dan konseling siswa
•Rekognisi pada anak dan kegiatan bonding
•Monitoring presensi secara efektif
Feedback guru dengan orangtua dan siswa secara berkala
• Modul parenting mengenai cara mengurangi undesirable behavior dan cara meningkatkan
desirable behavior
• Integrasi kebutuhan sekolah dan rumah melalui community services
• Melengkapi pelayanan kesehatan sekolah secara
dasar menyeluruh
Dengan fasilitas pelayanan:
• Pelayanan medis umum
• Psikolog (sebagai konselor Pendidikan dan mental)
