and the COMPLEMENT (15 MINUTES)

interrogative, imperative or exclamatory.:

● A sentence fragment fails to be a sentence because it can’t stand on
its own. It doesn’t have an independent clause. It’s incomplete. (ex:
Since she came here.)
● A run-on sentence is an ungrammatical sentence where two or
more independent clauses are joined without a conjunction. (ex:
Randy is a sweet boy he really loves animals.)
4. Tell whether each sentence is a sentence fragment, or a run on
sentence:
