with which she became a finalist in the
literary competition of the “Nash
Format” publishing house (2020) and
received the Editor’s Choice award. She
is currently working on the sequel.

elementary and middle school students.
She is the winner of the "Ukrainian
mysticism -2023" contest by Fenzin
Pidval. The story "Mara 2023: birth" was

A fantasy novel based on the mythological beliefs of the Ukrainian Carpathians. The events of the book
unfold around the teenager Yarko and his friends. The boy lives in the mysterious Magic Forest,
protected by the Veil, in a family of ‘uncommons’, or, in other words, evil spirits, but he himself does not
possess supernatural abilities, which makes him feel worse than his peers. Yarko is an ordinary teenager
who just yesterday was planning how he would spend his winter vacation, and now he finds himself in
such a whirlwind of events that it is impossible to imagine. He is accused of a terrifying (even by the evil
standards) crime, his parents turn out to be false parents, and in addition, it is up to him to stop the
second coming of the legendary Serpent Gorgon, who decided to be reborn and at the same time
incinerate the whole world. Of course, a boy cannot handle everything without the help of his true
friends.
