D.C. Series-Parallel Circuit
 Internal Resistance of a Supply
▶ All supplies (e.g. a cell) m ust have som e
internal resistance, however small. This is shown as a series
resistor external to the supply.
 Equivalent Resistance
▶ The equivalent resistance of a circuit or network between
its any two points (or terminals) is that single resistance
which can replace the entire circuit between these points (or
terminals).
