Statement of the problem:
The purpose of the study was to identify
gender stereotypes in athletic administration,
particularly in the Football and Basketball
department of Divine Word College of
Urdaneta S.Y 2023-2023 through interviews
with senior high students.

Objective:
This research aims to develop and widen
gender equality to avoid perceptions among
genders in the said sport. Due to the increased
recognition of gender norms and derogatory
comments received from peers, and spectators
having high expectations, sport has always been
seen as a masculinized entity.
