Intercom or better known as an iPhone, is a communication tool used to
convey news or information within an organization. Intercom has a shape that
is very similar to a telephone, it only allows communication between two
people, while an Intercom allows communication between one person and
many people. The use of Intercom is generally carried out by operators or
parties who hold administrative duties in the company. The way the Intercom
works is to report news, either in the from of announcements or another
simultaneously.
FACSIMILE

Facsimile is a product of advances in the information

technology industry which has the benefit of sending data,
both in the form of images and writing. Fax machines are
capable of sending and receiving data from and anywhere
within minutes. A fax machine can also be interpreted as a
remote photocopier. Which is used to send and receive data or
information in the form of writing, photos and other
documents directly over long distances.
TELEPON

Telephone Telephone is a communication machine that is best

known to everyone in the world. The telephone is an effective
communication tool because it can quickly receive and convey
information remotely, both inside and outside the office
environment. Telephone use in the office environment is not
limited to the employee's work space. There are several types
of telephones that are widely used, namely: Single telephone,
namely a simple telephone which is usually used at home.
PMBX (private manual brand xchange), which is a telephone
that operates through an operator. PABX (private automatic
brand xchange), namely a telephone that operates directly
without going through an operator.
MEGAFON

Megaphone Megaphone, also known as toa, is a funnel-shaped

communication device that functions to magnify or amplify
the user's voice. Megaphones are divided into two types,
namely manual megaphones and electronic megaphones.
Megaphones are generally used to convey instructions,
announcements or orders from one person to many people
directly.
WALKIE TALKIE

Walkie talkie A walkie talkie is a handheld wireless

communication device that can communicate with two or
more people using radio waves. Walkie talkies do not allow
two users to talk to each other constantly like a telephone. The
distance used ranges from 0.5 km to 2.5 km.
TELEX

Telex Telex is an acronym for teleprinter exchange, which is a

service system for exchanging news in the form of writing
remotely using a teleprinter. The presence of telex is an update
to delivering news via telegram. Using telex is a solution to
using telegram which is considered to take longer and be more
expensive.
TELEKONVERENSI

Teleconferencing Teleconferencing is a form of

communication that allows users to communicate with each
other via voice and face to face directly on the monitor.
