PLANNING CYCLE
• is a process followed by the teachers to effectively prepare and
implement their teaching plans.

IMPORTANCE OF PLANNING CYCLE


it is important as it helps educators set clear learning goals, align instruction
with curriculum standards, effectively utilize resources, differentiate
instruction, monitor student progress and continuously improve teaching
practice.
ADDIE MODEL
• An iterative instructional design process, where there result of the
formative evaluation of each phrase may lead the instructional
designer back to any previous phase. The end product of one phase is
the starting product of the next phase.
ADDIE Instructional Design
• Analysis – the process of defining what it is to be learned.
• Design – the process of specifying how it is to be learned.
• Development – the process of writing and producing the materials
• Implementation – the actual delivery of instruction weather classroom-
based, computer-based, or lab based.
• Evaluation – the process of determining the adequacy, effectiveness, and
efficiency of instruction; maybe (formative or summative)
