MEDIAL SIDE LATERAL SIDE
• Main Parent Artery is Subclavian Artery (1st part) which gives off
Thyrocervical Trunk.

• Thyrocervical trunk gives off Deep branch of transverse cervical artery


that supplies medial border of scapula, and Suprascapular artery that
supplies the body of scapula (supraspinatus fossa, spine and
infraspinatus fossa)
• Lateral border is supplied by Circumflex scapular artery a branch of
Subscapular artery which is itself a branch of Axillary artery(3rd part)
• Anastomosis around
the acromion

• Acromial branches of suprascapular

• Acromial branch of thoracoacromial artery (branch of 2nd part of


Axillary artery)

• Acromial branch of the Posterior Circumflex humoral artery(branch of


3rd part of the axillary artery).
• Anastomosis
around surgical
neck of
humerus.
