How to be healthy

I want to give you some


simple advice how to
be healthy.
First of all, you should do
morning exercises
every day. It also keeps
you fit.
You should eat fruit and vegetable.
There are a lot of vitamins in them.
The proverb says: “An apple a day
keeps a doctor away”.
To drink milk and juice is also very
healthy.
If you want to be healthy
you should spend a lot of
time outdoors: go for a walk
with your friends, ride a
bike, play games, do sports.
It’s funny and useful for your
health.
Swim as
much as
possible. You
may swim in
the river or
go to the
swimming
pool.
Follow my advice and be healthy!
