A Homeroom Parent-Teacher Conference (PTA Meeting) was held last
February 18 , 2023 at 8 A.M at all grade levels to clearly explain the
student's academic achievement and, in the instance of a learner who is struggling, to solicit the parents' assistance in the endeavor to address any concerns.
29 of the scheduled 36 attendees were able to
attend the meeting. Some were in Pinagkawitan Elementary School attending also its PTCA. During the meeting, the parents of Grade 4- St. Joseph were informed about a variety of issues, including learner attendance, reading and numeracy status, 2nd Quarter Test Results, actively engaging parents in the teaching- learning process of learners, and plans for how to implement Gulayan sa Paaralan. As the class adviser, I made a concerted effort to explain each issue in detail so that it could be appropriately addressed. The meeting's agenda includes discussions about how to execute the Gulayan sa Paaralan in an efficient manner. The PTA Homeroom Vice-President, Mrs. Judy Carubio, talked about how they may cooperate to carry out the Gulayan sa Paaralan programs. Card Viewing & Signing Prepared by:
