- the coordination and regulation of employees in a company.

- a learning experience that seeks a relatively permanent change
in an individual that will improve his/her ability to perform on the job.
• Recruitment
- selecting employees on the basis of their relative ability, knowledge and skills.
• Promotion
- the advancement of an employee to a higher job involving more work,
greater responsibility and higher status.
• Morale of Public Employees
- the culmination of job satisfaction, life outlook, and attitude.
- High morale leads to good discipline, high degree of interest in the job,
loyalty to the organization and high performance.

- is responsible for the procurement process.
• Borrowing
- taking/receiving money by a resource deficit entity/person from a resource
surplus person/entity on commercial or non-commercial terms based on
mutual understanding.
• Tax Assessment
- refers to the calculation of tax liabilities through the application of governing
rates to the final tax base as specified by law.

observation, data collection, and analysis from which principles and
laws can be made.

workers.
• It also involves management of programs in the public framework. It

• Public administration is a feature of all nations, whatever their system of
