WHAT IS A
DECLARATIVE
SENTENCE?
It is a sentence that tells something.
It is also called statement.
It begins with a capital letter and ends with a period (.).

Example:
My classmates are helping me with the work.
Irma and Mario precook the dough for the pizza.

INTERROGATIVE
SENTENCE?
It is a sentence that asks something.
It is also called a question.
It begins with a capital letter and ends with a question mark (?).

Example:
Did you feed your puppy before coming to school?
What is your pet’s name?
