setting up and using a product on a regular basis.
- The End User documentation helps customers understand and operate the product by
breaking down technological terms to easy-to-understand content.
- To help end-users understand how to use a product and troubleshoot common issues.
• Medical documentation:
This form of writing pertains to medical research, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Traditional Documentation:
These documents include software user manuals, how-to instructions,
operation and maintenance manuals, and standard operating procedures.
