Our Mission
To ensure that each customers will receive a friendly and courteous service. Having a great food selection and has efficient
and superior customers service because customers satisfaction is our prime objective. Our food product will also be an
inspiring one because it has a unique taste. We're also hoping that our product will be popular and success in the future.
Strategic Plan
We made our own product and we started the process of planning on how we could make it more appealing to our
customers. We use different strategies to create our own unique product that customers will love not only inside but also
outside of the campus. Since we are selling our product in Gateways Institute of Science and Technology, we decide to
make our product more attractive and affordable to the students. As an entrepreneur, we gave a lot of effort and time to
make our customer comfortable because our goal is to satisfy our customer with our service and also to our product.

Description of the Business
Management
We all know that making a unique product is not easy because it is a hardest decision. We,
the owner of Puto w/ Feelings are working hard to achieve our goal and to make our product
more attractive and likeable. For us, win is not important but what is important is to reach
the standard of our customers and to earn profit.

We are the overall in charge of making this product, Puto w/ Feelings in our
chosen business. We decided to volunteer ourselves in selling our product in
order for us to know how to handle and manage properly our business and to
enhance more our skills and knowledge. And also, for us to have experience in
making decision and making a business plan for the future.
Instructions/ Procedure:
1. In a dry mixing bowl, put together the 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour, 21/2cups rice flour, 1 tbsp. of salt, 2 cups of
water, and 1 tsp of salt. For a smooth texture, sift the flour mixture and blend until mixture is smooth.
2. Next put margarine into the puto cups, then put a small coop w/ marshmallow.
3. At the top of the puto, spread the sprinkles and also put the Eden cheese at the center.
4. Now prepare the steamer and put the water to boiling point.
5. Steam for about 30 mins. And cover your steamer with clean cloth or foil to prevent water drippings on puto.
Make sure no water will drip on puto or it will go limp like kutchinta.
Once the inserted toothpick comes out clean, then it’s done. Enjoy!

OBSERVATION
Based on our observation, While selling our Puto products we never expected that many
students would like it. Its an honor to us give an opportunity to experienced how to make
and grow a business. This is also a lesson to us on how to create a business in the future and
also how to face with your costumer with full confident and also being competitive.
