coming, I am Eddie Chamorro

Falabella's sales manager.

tactics plan.
Introductions

coordinator, Juan Guajardo.

Objetives
• As a first objective, we have
proposed to create a guide with all
the strategies for customer loyalty.
• And secondly, we will implement a
training, coaching and feedback
program for our sales executives.
