Proposed action
To create opportunities, for young women graduates through internships:
 To provide effective training in order improve the fundamental skills
 To improve working capacity of women workers
 To enable female graduates to be more competitive in the market
 To link young women to potential employment opportunities
 To raise awareness about different forms of GBV and harassment
