of computerized or automatic control certain
electrical and electronic system in a building and
homes.

Automation System Using Smartphone

• This paper presents a cost-effective smart home automation system


using Arduino (microcontroller) and an Android app.

and DC servomotors to demonstrate its feasibility, reliability, and
quick operation.
• The system has been tested and found to function properly,
including switching, servomotor position control, DC motor speed
control, and light intensity control.

achieve this.
