T31 Overview
Introduction to NetNumen T31:

T31 is an NE layer Element Management System (EMS). It

can manage ZXMP and ZXWM series transmission
equipment.

Compared with ZXONM series, NetNumen T3x series are

new-generation products.

Overall Architecture of T31 System:

NetNumen T31 comprises Client, Server, Database and

Agent, and their relation is shown in below:

Overall Architecture of T31 System:

Server: Sends command to the Agent and receives the

notification from the Agent.

Database: Saves, manages and operates the data of NMS.

Client: User interface, which does not save the dynamic

data.

Agent: Runs on the NCP board in NE layer normally.

Executes the command from Server and reports the
notification to Server.

Qx interface: Interface between Agent and Manager

(Server), complying with TCP/IP.

F interface: Interface between GUI and Manager (Server),

complying with TCP/IP.

Environmental Requirements:

In order to guarantee the running efficiency, the higher level

CPU and memory (2Gbyte and above) are recommended.
The hardware type of Server is decided by the number of
NE and the performance of the computer.

Installing T31 License
How to use the new License?
Please copy the License file "ums-license.LCS" and send it to the
following directory:
 D:\NetNumen_T31\ums\ums-clnt\deploy\
 D:\NetNumen_T31\ums\ums-svr\deploy\
If there already have license file, please use the new license file to
replace it.

After set the license file, please delete the All files in the directory of :
 D:\NetNumen_T31\ums\ums-clnt\deploy\runtime
 D:\NetNumen_T31\ums\ums-svr\deploy \runtime

Notes: If the EMS is T30, send the license file to the directory of "D:\
NetNumen_T30\ums\ums-lct\deploy\", and then delete the relative
files as above.
Installing T31 License of Patch
The T31 License in product according to each computer MAC

it is necessary to configure some parameters.
