Introduction

The expense of quality is an interactive process between the customer


& provider. quality assurance usually focuses on material, good work
& and service provided effectively. any lack of service provided causes
a decrease in quality.
Quality

It is the degree to which health services for individuals & and populations increase the
likelihood of desired health outcomes & and are consistent with current professional knowledge.
