6. How did the imagery and figures of speech describe the conflict?
7. What theme/s is/are included in the text?

assigned a text that they will interpret.
○ Using the Formalist Approach to literature, figure out the following
from the assigned text:
○ Characters/Persona
○ Setting
○ Plot – exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, denouement (Prose)

○ Theme
○ Imagery and/or Figures of Speech (if applicable)
