This study aim to know the perspective of the customers perspective on calantas
water system services
1. How satisfied are customers with the reliability of the Calantas Water
System services?
2. What aspects of the Calantas Water System services do customers find most
valuable?
3. How responsive is the Calantas Water System to customer inquiries and
concerns?
4. What improvements do customers suggest for enhancing the quality of the
Calantas Water System services?
RESEARCH
DESIGN
• The researchers used a design for their study that was based on descriptive
research.
• Stratified random sampling was used. According to Neuman (2006), stratified
random sampling as a method used to improve the representativeness of the
sample by dividing the population into distinct subgroups or strata.
• The researchers used a survey questionnaires.
• Twenty-five (25) respondents were chosen at random by the researchers for
the study in Barangay Palat.
• The data that has been collected from the survey was interpreted using
percentages.

• Basis for Intervention" would involve the systematic process of gathering
information related to the performance and impact of sustainable drainage
systems.
• Data analysis in the context of assessing the effectiveness of sustainable
drainage systems (SuDS) involves collecting, processing, and interpreting
data to evaluate how well these systems are performing in managing
stormwater runoff, reducing flood risk, improving water quality, and
enhancing overall sustainability.
