 It is a place of extraordinary contextual contrasts: the

benign, north-east facing harbor setting and the

complex south-west aspect with its attendant noise,

privacy and environmental challenges.


The buildings fan-shaped plan-form and divergent facade

resolutions respond directly to these conditions

The north-eastern facades are more conventional in

character, with primary living spaces designed to enhance

a sense of connection with the landscape and the ability to

control light and privacy.


Floor plan
Good side:- Its form representation and internal

implementations are nice. Also the placement of the

building is on the basis of the land scape and view it has

well designed drainage system, which are placed on same

vertical line.

Defect: It has negative or unused spaces, due to formal

composition. Some spaces which are on corners are

sharp; it could have been used with furniture.

 Circulations one stair case with up going and down

going 1 flight stairs.
