1. Following the guidelines in designing aerobics routine, create your own simple aerobic exercise (Yoga, Step Aerobics,
Hip Hop Aerobics)
2. 3-5 minutes recorded video will do.
3. Perform the aerobic exercise with your own choice of music.
4. Record your aerobic exercise presentation using any video recording apps (e.g. Tiktok, KineMaster, FilmoraGo etc.)
that you are comfortable to use and submit it to your professor.

Demonstrates creativity and originality- 40 pts
Executes the routine with grace, form and sense of rhythm- 30pts
Shows mastery of the steps- 15pts
Perform their aerobic exercises with fun and enjoyment- 15pts
